Hello Colleagues and Guests,
I uploaded a corrected version of the survey form this morning. I had
not corrected a couple of spelling errors and I think I have them all
corrected now...... hopefully. Once again the form can be found at
op-repository.org, then documents, then surveys.
I would like to see about 100 companies participate with at least 10
surveys coming from each company so that we can get a fair nationwide
glimpse of how patients feel about O&P. So far, there has been little
participation, although we do have a start. I'm not sure why there is
not more interest in this, but am still hopeful that more companies will
participate. Getting involved with this project will not require a lot
of time from any one practice.
I've had one request for an interactive form and that is in process now
for completion. That form however, will require a name, phone number,
and date since it will be sent to an electronic address. This should
provide a little more security for the validation of those forms. When
the interactive form is ready to go, later today perhaps, it too will be
on the website titled as an interactive survey form.
