I know medicare will not pay for this code unless it is used on a k4
patient. Has this always been the case? or is this something they recently
changed? back before i knew anybetter we have used this code for C-Leg
patients, which Medicare seemed to pay with out problems. Is there a way i
can go back and look at the Medicare LCD policy from 4 years ago?
