Dear Colleages,
I have used gait plate orthotics in children to help promote external rotation on a in-toeing children with good results. My question is has anyone ever used them on adults. I have a patient who is a runner and has an internal toeing which is coming from the Femur, and my Dr. wants to know if a gait plate type of orthotic would help. Has anyone tried this on an adult and what were your results. Thank you in advance for your answer.
Sincerely,
Adam Canvisser CPO
