Sorry for the delay in responding I have been out of the office a lot
lately. Thanks to all who responded to my original question if anyone
had a good definition of orthopedic shoes. Best response was Read
your local Therapeutic shoe LCD and PA for a similar description. The
Medicare coverage criteria has some language which would help. All
others basically described extra depth shoes. Again thanks to Paul
and his group that make this list possible.
