Hello everyone.
I know it is different in private practices, but for those that work for
larger facilities/corporations - I have a question.
Is it an accepted practice to reimburse practitioner for
mentoring/supervising a resident? My wife is paid a differential for every
hour she is spending with an out of college graduate that is going through
internship. But that is in a hospital system, and she's RN.
I shall keep responses confidential. Thank you.
