Dear List,
A memorial fund has been established in the name of our recently departed
friend and colleague, Dale Yasukawa CP. We would like to pay tribute to
Dale's memory by establishing this fund to assist the health and fitness
pursuits of the disabled community which Dale served so well. Through the O&P
Assistance Fund, monetary memorial contributions will be utilized to
underwrite fitness clinics which focus on teaching the disabled the
fundamentals of wellness, and running which Dale loved so much. 100% of these
memorial contributions will utilized in this way.
