Another journal article reference has been sent to me regarding the
GRAFO question:
A One-Piece Laminated Knee Locking Short Leg Brace by
Jimmy Saltiel. Orthotics and Prosthetics, June 1969.
This is the first paper that I'm aware of on the subject for the ground
reaction AFO; basically introducing the design to the profession.
