Difficult BBK Fitting

Hi all,
I got so much great input on the IPOP that I thought I'd take advantage of
your expertise again. I have been working with a bilateral BK woman for 5
years now since her amputations. Due to a bacterial infection in her body, the
Dr. had to do an immediate BBKA. Her residual limbs are very long and the
tissue is very loose. Especially at the distal end. They are also somewhat
bulbous. She feels clastrophobic in anything snug so iceross is out for her.
The only way I've successfully fit her is with Bocklite inserts and a PTB
socket. She has a hard time getting her inserts on due to the flabby bulbous
tissue. When I tried the Alpha locking liners she did like the feel of them
and it did control the flabbiness but when the socket was made (for a 3 ply
fit) She couldn't slide in (bulbous ends). I am looking for a comfortable
socket idea that will be easy for her to put on. Cutting the inserts to help
donning ends up pinching her so she just pounds her residuums down in them.
Once in she walks all day great. Cosmesis is of utmost importance to her to as
she is young.

          Thanks ahead of time
