Subject: Doctoral Interview of Microprocessor Prosthetic Users

My name is Sylvia Soto I am from Puerto Rico I have always been interested in computers & prothetics, and I am working on my Doctorate in Computer Science at Colorado Technical University. As part of my dissertation, I will be conducting qualitative research: exploring the computerized prosthetics interface to identify improvements. I am seeking 10 volunteers in a tape-recorded personal face-to-face interview via Zoom internet conferencing lasting between 20 to 30 minutes.

Participation is completely voluntary, anonymous, and all responses are kept confidential. For example, participants’ identities are assigned a number to maintain anonymity for coding. Additionally, any participant can discontinue at any point and is under no pressure to continue participation. The results of the interview will be published in my dissertation and future research publications. If you are interested in volunteering for the study or have any questions, please contact me at 787-377-5127 or via email at <Email Address Redacted> <mailto:<Email Address Redacted>>

Thank you,

Researcher –Sylvia Soto
