Hi Randy,
Thanks for catching that. I am updating all fee schedules right now and everything should be good within the hour.
As for A and E codes, I've received several requests to add them and it would be my pleasure to do so. Additionally, I’ve received some wonderful suggestions for additional features, which I’ll most definitely be incorporating over the next few weeks.
Lastly, I sincerely apologize to all for any confusion they may have experienced. The advantage of L-Coder (over the Noridian tool linked in the email below), is that L-Coder allows providers to seamlessly build devices and calculate and share their reimbursement/patient share from desktop and mobile devices, which is why so many of you have emailed me to say how great L-Coder looks on your phones and tablets.
Thanks again to Randy for the quick update and to all who have been using and enjoying!
Sincerely,
Alex Meyers

Just FYI -
I tested the L-coder app against CMS DMEPDAC and all 5 codes I tested for Texas were incorrect. I tried the following codes:
CODE L-CODER DMEPDAC
L4386 $147.53 $151.96
L1930 $243.36 $281.16
L1845 $776.32 $834.93
L8460 $72.82 $72.99
L5590 $2633.65 $2631.15
It also does not have A-codes for the typical Diabetic inserts/supplies.
It seemed like a good idea but I would just download the DMEPDAC site for the most accurate Medicare information. <URL Redacted>

Hi All,
I would like to share a simple and useful web application we built that allows users to calculate any L-Code reimbursement or patient share based on their state's Medicare rates. We designed the application, called “L-Coder,” to look and perform optimally on both desktop and mobile devices so that we never have to ask again, What does Medicare pay for this?”
You can find the application here: <URL Redacted>
For iPhone and Android users, simply navigate to the site above and save it to your home screen to create a shortcut that will take you directly to the L-Coder app. For desktop users, simply bookmark the page for easy access.
Please feel free to use, share, and provide any feedback you think will make L-Coder more useful to you and your company. We’re looking forward to hearing back from you soon!
