you with your bottom line of reimbursement.
Many of you know Zita Upchurch. For years Zita has served the Tennessee
community as
a Medicare liaison who has helped many of us process, understand, file
appeals for Medicare claims.
This course will encompass four specific sessions designed to identify and
provide indepth explanations for improving your bottom line.
1. How is the conversion to ICD 10 diagnosis codes affecting your
ability to effectively avoid claim denials? Zita will be able to explain
The specific details on how to effectively and accurately interpret ICD 10
codes so that you can avoid having claim denials based on improper
information that's provided to you by a healthcare provider.
2. Using multi disciplinary healthcare provider clinical notes
effectively. Zita will explain all the details on how to accurately analyze
and interpret clinical notes from primary and ancillary healthcare
providers so that when you file claims you are using the correct aspects of
the clinical documentation in your supporting documentation.
3. Zita will go in depth to clear the murky waters of understanding how
the chain level status can be properly interpreted to allow you to maximize
your clinical determinations in establishing trip implants for that a
reimbursement.
4. Ask Zita... This is they open format that will provide opportunities
for TSOP members to ask specific questions about specific claims that have
been denied, audit, RAC audit, placed under suspension.
