Saw a patient yesterday, 31 years old, Bk to Ak revision 2.5 years post surgical due to lack of motivation, now she wants to get going. Medicare and Mediciad. Very odd looking AK residual limb in that one would swear there is a knee joint in there because she can flex and extend something but also very heavy and some swelling so tough to palate and I don't have x-Rays. She is firing something that is making it appear as a knee flexing and extending. Significant invagination distal and lateral with significant scarring medically. I know I have to fit her as an AK, more like a Knee Disartic. Minimal space from Knee center to floor only 19 with shoe so the knee needs to be as close to socket as possible.
I'm thinking of going with a KISS system for suspension. Liner will have to be custom.
Any thoughts on a knee / foot set up with all of the above considered? She just wants to walk, handle some basic ADLs, motivation is still down but more than years past so not so sure how compliance will go.

Thanks for the help and input.

Thanks and have a great day,
