Hi all,

We custom make our own in-house knee braces. We currently use simple
interface materials such as plastazote as a lining. However, we are
looking at removable liners. Centrally-fabbed knee braces such as Breg,
Ossur and the like usually have removable padded liners that look to be
stamped out of a sheet of padding material.

Does any one know what process is used to make these liners? Ultrasonic
welding?
Who makes them and how might I get in touch with a manufacturer? What is
the material and can it be purchased?
