Well, Legally they have 90 days from the date they receive it for the appeal to
be assigned to a judge and for the judge to issue a decision, but they aren't
abiding by the law and they are getting away with it. It's running between 2.5
to 3 years at this point before you will get a decision. After 90 days you can
escalate it to the Medicare Appeals Council, but you will lose out on the only
chance you have to have a verbal conversation/argument for getting paid if you
move it out of ALJ.
