“The Show Will Go On”
as
The NJAAOP Weathers Another “Storm”
This year
the NJAAOP finds itself dealing with another kind of storm: The closing of four
Atlantic City Casinos in the past 9 months. The most recent announcement of the
closing of the “Revel Casino Hotel” on September 10, 2014, directly affects the
Academy as it’s 2014/2015 Annual meeting was scheduled at that venue.
Fortunately,
the NJAAOP prepared for the possibility of the closing of the “Revel” and made
arrangements with Caesars Entertainment Group to use their property, “Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel & Casino,” as
an alternate location.
