She is also director of business development for De La Torre Orthotics & Prosthetics Inc., a Pittsburgh-based company with more than 70 employees. Her focuses are management, leadership training, and implementation with an emphasis on growth planning, billing and accounts receivable processes and compliance, data analysis of market trends to determine areas of profit or loss, and working with technology to review and implement progressive systems.
