Medicare diabetic shoes P.A.C. signing the paperwork

OK I have a patient that is diabetic and in need of shoes however the
doctors office has a physician assistant write and sign all the chart
notes, the physician did sign the prescription and the necessary form . I
am wondering if I can deliver the shoes with the assistant signing the
chart records?
