I am inquiring about a patient that needs foot orthotics L3020x2. I have
been told Medicare will not pay for them unless the patient is diabetic or
the inserts are attached to a brace however when I look into the LCD policy
it says nothing. I am not sure what to tell the patient. Patient has
diagnosis of sprain foot. any info is greatly appreciated.
Thanks Again
