Ashley M. was kind enough to share her responses here they are, also ,the one I got too.
I contacted the Owner Gez after a lot of digging for his good Number and left him a message. Last night he called me back and provided me 3 current users name . He stated they have sold 18 of these software. So i take it it is their infancy too. I will let you know my results after I contact the current users.

Don't know much except it has appearances similar to OPIE - BUT is not
affiliated with OPIE.
OPIE IS the most user friendly, complete system available specifically for
Prosthetics & Orthotics. I suggest you seriously evaluate OPIE and talk with
OPIE users if your practice is Prosthetics and/or Orthotics.

Ididn’t know this existed – I’ve been using OPIE patientmanagement software for 5 years and it is better than Medflex –because it is Prosthetics & Orthotics Specific.
Idon’t know what this HUB’s function is relative to their totalPatient Management System??

Weuse the Hub and Futura..Long story..but I am happier with the Hubright now. Service is great and they get back to you prettyquickly.

Iam a long time (read old) clinician/manager (Hanger) doing a start upO shop. I tried the Hub for cost reasons. I purchased theHUB 4/1/2013 but did not use until May 15.They were obviously anear start up as well. I have clinical systems onlyexperience with 3 systems Hanger's, OPIE, and Brighttree. Idon't use the accounting (Quickbooks online) and I don't orderthrough the hub though maybe I should. My start up wasdifficult. And I may not be the best judge because I wasn'tbilling on the other systems but I believe the HUB has been a hugehelp to me, Compliance, clean billing, notes, etc....


Helpis very helpful. I have also found that valid suggestions aretreated proactively and quickly incorporated into the updates. Infact, I had just complimented the support staff. I am lookingforward to version 7 which I am told will allow Windows tablet usage. Cloud storage is lightning fast and I think the best way to gofor multiple offices (which I don't have). Cable service is at18.3/3.6 mbps. My experience has been very positive once I had3 month under my belt. But some of that was my lack of admin.experience. Best of luck to you.

Iknow of another shop adjusting to it currently. I'm guessing 2months into the process. It is their first foray into EMR also. I'll try to get them to send feedback as well. My bestadvise to use help line. Read the materials but don't rack yourbrain trying ot figure something out yourself (my problem), just callor message them.
