Patient is a 60 year old female with fibula Hemimela. She has been wearing
a plug fit exoskeletal BK prosthesis for twenty plus years. (Heavy) She
is ready to try something new. She has a a very long residuum,
approximately 10 inches, with prominent bowing of tibial shaft. My
question is what type of system would you go with. She is a avid walker and
has a full time job. She would like to use a pin system and custom gel
liner. I can use a LP foot of some sort. Any thoughts. Thank you
