Just received word from our main local hospital that we will be responsible for billing bracing and prosthetics to patient's insurances directly as the hospital won't be paying for it any longer. Separate from the issues with Medicare billing that we will have to make them aware of, what are you all doing? The complications of people in for worker's comp without established claims, Medicaid pending patients, HMO's requiring auth. etc. create alot of problems. Has anyone had this edict come down recently?
Thank you,
