I found the following diagnosis codes in the latest update
of the ICD-10 code set. They are grouped in amongst
surgical procedures such as amputation and Implantation of
prosthetic device of leg.

My guess is that they are just poorly phrased descriptions
of surgical procedures but that is just my guess. Where
does on go to get a clarification of the intent behind these
new diagnosis codes?
