I have a patient that wants to optimize a road bike for use with a
transtibial prosthesis. I know at one of the meetings I attended a few
years ago a presentation was made on this subject. It dealt with crank arm
lengths and other minor bike/prosthetic adjustments to help an amputee
bike as efficently as possible.
Can anyone provide some insights on this topic or know how to get a hold of
the group that did some research on the topic (I think they were out of
Florida)?
