*******ATTENTION BECKER ORTHOPEDIC CUSTOMERS*******

We are still experiencing problems with our telephone lines and are unable to get a clear answer from the telephone company as to when our service will be fully restored. Apparently, a car crashed into a telephone pole nearby, which caused the transformer to fall off the pole and onto a phone network box below it, which was subsequently destroyed in the process. The telephone company is now rebuilding the phone network for our entire neighborhood.

We do currently have (1) operational incoming phone line, which works for both our 800-521-2192 and 248-588-7480 numbers, but we can only take one call at a time on that line and if it is being used you will get a busy signal. For now, please continue to contact us by email at <Email Address Redacted> <mailto:<Email Address Redacted>> until we get this situation resolved. A confirmation will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of your email.

If you prefer to place orders through one of our distributors, a complete listing can be found at:

<URL Redacted>

In an emergency situation; should you need to contact someone via phone, please use the following CSR cell phone numbers:

* 586-489-3703 or 248-217-9346

We will continue to keep you informed of this situation and will issue additional posts to keep you apprised of our status.

We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you in advance for your patience.

Sincerely,

Becker Orthopedic
