Dear Colleagues,

If any of you currently apply total contact casts for the purposes of offloading a wound and wouldn't mind sharing your experience, please let me know. My understanding is that it's not a billable practice for most O&P companies and that most don't do it, but that there are some orthotists who work as part of a hospital or clinic where this falls in their scope of practice. If this is within your scope and you have a few minutes, please send me your contact information so that I may ask a few questions. Thank you.

Sincerely,
