To all of the people who have offered their advice,
-Thank You Very Much. I appreciate the time that was spent reading and
responding to the question.

Responses:
-Kinetic from Trulife or TiMed now has a 500lb sach foot now.
-Could you say that he has the ability to become a k3 ambulator? Plus
given his size may require a heavy duty foot anyway.
-Check freedom's walk-tek it has the highest weight limit of any K-2 foot
that I've found.
-Endolite. They have K2 foot that will hold.
-Hey Paul. I know that Otto Bock makes a 1D10 with a titanium adaptor
installed. And that foot is rated for 330 lbs. I believe it is categorized
as a flexible keel foot.
-Otto Bock - 1D10 (L5972) is weight rated to 330#. Also, I would use
Ossur titanium components which are rated to 365#.
-I had a similar situation recently and ended up using a Magnum foot from
Ohio Willow Wood. There is a real void for the exact foot you are looking
for.
-Ohio Willow Wood has an entire system for this weight patient. It is K2
level.
-I had good results using OWW Impulse feet rated to 350# at K2,
although I would avoid using their ankle. There is also a 1D10 foot
from Otto Bock with a load rating to 330# with pyramid.
Good luck.
-Try the Kinetic foot from Trulife. The weight limit is 366lbs.
-Kingsley KO1
-Well this is a tough call, if you rate him a K3 you have to prove it. The
magnum foot holds 500lbs, but is basically a heavy duty SACH. If you are
looking for movement he needs to be a K3 in reality.
-The Trulife Kinetic is a K2 foot and rated up to 366lbs. I have had
issues with a patient crushing the heel with it at higher weight, so you
might want to think about going up a category if possible. Also, another
option is just doing a SACH. You can get Kingsley to custom make most of
their feet up to 500lbs for very little cost.
-We have a Heavy Duty Sach Part # 30A151 that is rate to 330 and is K2.
Please give me a call.
