Hello,
My colleagues and I were discussing a few things and hoped there could be some clarification:
1) if an office is going paperless, you can get rid of signed rx, and deliveries and literally everything in a paper chart as long as it is properly scanned correct?
2) do you have to have an enclosed reception (could you have an open doorway into reception or does it need to be fully enclosed) if you are paperless since computer is password protected (acting as the lock to patient charts).
Thank you everyone for you assistance
Mrs.Martin, office manager
