Thanks guys, I had a ton of replys. There were 3 consistent recommendations
for a locked KAFO joint that still allows some motion.

1) Ultraflex SafeStep
2) Becker Load Response Knee joint- #LR-9002
3) Becker Trick-knee joint- #1016B4

  Original post:
Does anyone know of a knee joint that when locked will still allow some
range of motion? I have a patient who wants between 5-15 degrees of knee
flexion when walking, but if his knee buckles, the joint will stop full
knee flexion. Joint Needs some type of drop lock and unlock mechanism for
sitting. Previous stance-control KAFO was rejected.

Your recommendations are appreciated.
