Dear Prosthetic Community,

Coyote Design has recently had a small number of technical issues that led
us to do a widespread inspection of our Summit Lock TABS (straps). We have
discovered a material issue with part of our latest batch of Summit Lock
tabs. While this only pertains to a portion of the batch, we feel the
responsible thing to do is pull all the tabs for further evaluation.

It is very easy to recognize the issue. The defective tabs are very brittle
and can be broken simply by bending them backwards.

If you have any doubt about whether or not the tab you may have or have used
is defective please send it/them back to Coyote Design. We will replace it
with a good tab and reimburse the shipping costs.

This issue applies to the following product numbers:

CD101, CD102, CD101M, CD102M, CD101XT, CD101XTM, CD101T

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If you have any
questions or concerns please give me a call.
