Hey list,
I have a very busy practice which is 85% prosthetic and the
remainder is orthotics. My question to other business owners and managers
is this: What is an acceptable ratio of tech to practitioner for a practice
that is primarily prosthetic based? We do less than a week turn around on
most devices. Please advice and thanks.
