Good Afternoon list,
I am currently working with a very active 12 year old congenital triple amputee.
He is a right elbow disarticulation, right AK and left BK. This is his first
time being fit with an upper extremity device. The goals in providing the
prosthesis are to allow him to be more functional. I am going to fabricate a
body powered prosthesis with a suction socket and outside locking hinges. My
question is what terminal device would be most appropriate for this young man
and why?
Thank you in advance and responses will be posted.
