Original Question: What manuals have you found helpful for Facility
Accreditation?
Responses: In addition to using ABC's packet/application as the guide for
developing policies, etc. two other manuals were mentioned:
1. OPGA
2. Quality Outcomes
Both were given high marks by those who used them. Tthe Quality Outcomes
process involves entering all pertinent info into a web-based form, and
purchasing the finished manual. The OPGA option I'm familiar with involves
working through a manual with multiple options for developing each policy.
