Thanks all for your responses. The list is- Coyote valve, Lynn valve,
Ossur valve, Tetra valve, OWW valve in pyramid.
The machine this patients uses suspends computer chips between magnets for
imprinting and even copper or aluminum is repelled by it, at least for a few
seconds, settling down slowly after being dropped onto the surface.
The only valve that might work, at least to the best of my knowledge, is the
Tetra because all except the OWW have a metal spring inside and the OWW has
to be in a pyramid, which would involve a clamp and none of the clamps have
been tested with titanium screws. The prosthesis will probably be carbon
socket with carbon foot laminated on, no connectors, so even the carbon foot
can't have metal fasteners.
Its gonna be fun!
