In order for Medicare to cover an item, does it have to be specifically
identified on the PDAC website? If a product that is not listed as approved
on PDAC is essentially the same as a product that is, can we bill that
non-listed item?
Another way to ask the question: Are we only allowed to bill Medicare for
items that are specifically listed on the PDAC web site?
