We are studying socket and distal attachment failures in laminations and
would like to know how practitioners and technicians are securing four hole
adapters in their lay ups. If you tie the layers into the adapter, do you
utilize thread, kite string or some other material? Are you utilizing some
other means to reinforce or secure the distal adapter into the
lay-up/lamination?
