I received several responses (thank you all) and have found some success.

First, I will say I received a sample of more firm Duraflex today and was
pleased with the result. So, Guard, thank you.

Second, I received other suggestions of plastics people are using. I've
listed some responses below.

-->Euro International, Inc carries a material that is called Streifyflex it
comes in 1.5, 2, 3 and 4mm in a 40 x 40 sheet. I have attached a copy of
this page from our Materials & Equipment Catalog.

Streifyflex - “Deep Drawing Sheeting“
moldable at approx. 130° C, permanent elasticity, colour: clear
PU = 1 roll of 5 qm
L x W x Thickness Order No.
5000 x 1000 x 1,5 mm 111P162/1
5000 x 1000 x 2 mm 111P162/2
5000 x 1000 x 3 mm 111P162/3
5000 x 1000 x 4 mm 111P162/4

-->I had several suggestions to use OP Flex by O&P Enterprises.

I've also tried Orfitrans SupraSoft by Orfit. Although it is a nice
plastic, it does not come thin enough and is not clear. However, I was
contacted by Orfit today and they have a new line of plastic coming out that
they are starting to distribute, which I look forward to seeing. I am told
it will come in 2mm and 3mm sheets.

I have yet to receive a sample of Streifyflex by Euro International, but am
told it is on it's way.

Overall, I have tried the new Duraflex I got today and also the OP Flex.
Both are very comparable. The Duraflex I got today was nice, firm, and much
easier to vac and grind. Now it will all come down to cost between each
plastic! Hope this helps!!

Regards,
Adam
