I have a patient who has a very bad amputation. His tibia is very prominent
and his soft tissue is behind his tibia. It looks a lot like an old timey
water spicket that would pump. I made him a tibial shelf for his tibia to
contact on his request. Well the patient is walking fine with a cane but
when he drives he can't move his foot from the brake to accelerator. A
shuttle lock holds him in too tight and hurts his tibia. I have him in a
well padded PTB with suspension sleeves> Please help. All responses are
welcome. Thanks Ben Walker <Email Address Redacted>
