Has any one tried to get Medicaid coverage for ultraflex joint coded L2861?
MaineCare - Maine's Medicaid - is giving us fits over coverage. Is this
simply a wait till they catch up with Medicare or should I simply forget about
getting reimbursed? (Item still to have a PA #).
