Thanks to all who responded about central fabbing a Milwaukee brace. Fact is, our practitioners could do the fabrication if they had the time. They (including me) are experienced (old?) enough to have learned how to make a Milwaukee brace including a leather pelvic girdle lined with cowhide and stainless steel rods contoured into the waist grooves. Custom size thoracic, lumbar pads cut from aluminum sheet stock, etc. etc.
The consensus was Spinal Tech or Fillauer, meanwhile the order was changed to a plastic TLSO with a cervical extension
