Hi All,

I am going to be fitting an 8 year old child knee disarticulation with his first prosthesis.  I have not met him yet to evaluate his residual limb, but I do know that he has no other impairments.

I am aware of the pediatric Total Knee and some of the pediatric feet.  What are people's experience with different socket/suspension and components for pediatrics?  I was considering using Otto Bock's 3R95 since it is similar in weight and would not restrict the patient by requiring him to always have to load the toe for knee flexion.  Also, I have had good success with seal-in liner, but I have not used one on a growing child.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.
