Here are my two cents...
Hosmer has a device called the SFX w/ stance flexion options that are a separate component. you could set things up on a USMC pro sport short w/ SNS and still have S/Flex...
------------------------------
This knee came to mind because it can unlock. You can read more about it in the instructions for use.

I actually contacted the manufacturer about your request, and here is what they had to say.
The Hydeal 1P110 is a very good alternative to the 3R60.
It is multi bars linkage with Hydraulic swing phase control.
The user can adjust himself the flexion angle resistance knob to make it resistance free for bycicling.
He can come back to the original setting without any tools once he wants to walk again.
The possibility to adjust the stability makes it a knee well suited for active patients who have a good control of their
residual limb.
When fitted with 1K40 lamination anchor, it is perfect for Knee disarticulation or very long stump.
There is no stance flex feature as most active amputees do not require it. They prefer a more direct knee joint without distortion when doing high level activities.
------------------------------------------
I saw your posting on the O&P.com list serve. Comfort Products Inc are the U.S. Distributor for Bauerfeind. Bauerfeind makes a prosthetic knee called the JT20, it's a four bar pneumatic knee that is weight rated up to 330 lbs. It has a stable or dynamic mode that you can change easily, it also works well for knee disarticulation patients. I am including the flyer on the knee so that you can look it over. The knee is designed for K2 & K3 patients.
---------------------------------------
As you know I use the Aulie knee for all my mtn & road biking but that is basically a free swinging knee.
Other option is to try our Ultimate or Sensor Knee that can be put into free swing while biking and resistance mode for walking. But as a knee disarticulate the knee offset might be a issue.
I am assuming he has checked out <URL Redacted>

The Mauch units are still excellent for this type of patient.

The RHEO now comes in a KD model.
