Hi List!!!

I am a senior student studying clinical methods in prosthetics and orthotics
at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada.

I am doing a research project on prosthetic and orthotic advocacy and
education within our communities. I am curious to know what your thoughts
are on my topic. My research is aimed at grade 11 and grade 12 student
looking into colleges and careers. I think as a soon-to-be resident, it is
important to use our voices and get out their to educate the public about
what we do. If we don't do it, then who will? Everyone knows what a doctor
and a policeman do, but no one knows about O & P unless they have needed our
services.

I am wondering if you think there is a need for this form of education
within your own community?

When you respond, can you please tell me where you are located in the world,
where you went to school for orthotics and/or prosthetics, and how long you
have been practicing for.

Thanks for all your help, list.

Cheers,
