Hi there,
We have a carve machine to make our own foams for Ak testsockets. Our
problem is that we want to have a smooth surface on the sockets. We
tried to put some thin socks on the foam before we put the warm material
on and put vaccum to get a good passform. But they stick to the material
and the surfave isn`t so smooth as we expected. We also smoothed the
foam with a thin mold layer, but think that this takes to much time.
Is there anyone who has more experience with foam and testsockets-fx
thermolyn from ob.? Maybe to use some silicone grease?
Thanks for ideas in advance
Best regards from Denmark, Copenhagen
