I am looking for some suggestions for treating a 4yo male with Bilateral bow legs (genu varum) resulting from Blount's disease. Is a medial upright KAFO with a fixed knee joint, free ankle, and elastic pull strap pulling medially on proximal tibia the best way to approach this? If so do you know of some links to some pictures of braces used with this set-up?
Thank you.
