I have attached all of the responses for the Congenital Torticollis Orthosis. Most of the responses were for either the TOT Orthosis or the Lerman Non-Invasive Halo.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One of our orthotist makes them custom out of pastizote, nice and thin except on effected side!

TOT collar from Alimed has been great..low profile and cost..easy to
don...cool great outcomes.

You ever try the TOT collar? Good for minor cases.?

I've had considerable success with the Seattle Systems CTO for torticollis management, model # J-361.

You should give the Pediatric Lerman- Non -Invasive Halo for this.
You can get them from Becker Orthopedic.
The orthosis does and excellent job positioning the child and it is not too hard to fit for mom.

I use the TOT collar for flexible torticollis

Please try? the Lerman non invasive halo brace. It can be fitted pre surgery or post-op. Becker Ortho has it in two sizes. We are fitting many very simple and successful

for this type off patient im used TOT collar from Symmetric design
<URL Redacted>
easy to use, easy to adjust and very effective collar

The TOT collar, available through SPS, has worked well for us.? It is generally for correctable, mild to moderate torticollis.? One other option would be Benik.? They make an elastic cap and vest?that is Velcro sensitive.? You can then add corrective straps for active treatment/correction.? I hope this helps.

Try the TOT collar.

You should look at our C-24 non-invasive HALO.
It was developed by Max Lerman specifically for torticollis.
Has been on the market for a few years and we have folks all over the
country who have had good luck with it. Fairly easy to don and doff and has washable and removable liners for
cleaning.IT is an off the self orthosis, so not casting and/or fabrication needed.
You age group of 2 - 4 is very common, and fits into the available sizing.
IT is billed with the HALO L Code as the descriptor does not indicate that a
HALO has to be invasive or not!You can find it on our web site.
I also have a full Power Point program on the product if you need media for
any type of in-service.

I really don't think you will find a Torticollis brace that is easy to put on and Mom friendly........and if it is all the above......... I doubt if it will do much good. I worked at Shriners for years and we tried all the stock braces and made most of all these devices in are lab and each time it required lots of work from both patient and parents...............Les Lott CO (E)?

We use the Becker noninvasive halo, however, we usually use it postop
but have had good success correcting past what surgery accomplishes.? To
be truthful a rigorous physical therapy program post op probably does
most of the work while the orthosis helps maintains gains.? Hope this is
helpful.? PS buy extra pads!
