Weaverville, N.C. - OTS Corporation regrets to announce the passing of Roland Harris Heath, Jr., on April 2, 2008. Known to the O & P community as J.R., he presided over the OTS Central Fab for 17 years, until his separation for health reasons in late 2007. He was married to Sandra Darlene Tullis Heath of Barnardsville, N.C., and was the loving father of three children and the step-father of four.
