I was refereed a heavy-set female patient whose Dx is (B) subluxating
patella. Patient has conical legs without any significant knee
definition. 6 above circumference is 25 and 6 below circumference is 15.
The subluxation is lateral. Thus far I have not found any orthosis that
won't distally migrate.

Please suggest a KO that you have used with success for this type of
patient.
