Hello everyone!

I am dealing with a skinny little but extremely restless 5 y/o boy. Very
Short stump 1/6 inch from axilla in some degree of abd/flex.
I am having problems in the suspension of the prosthesis and the figure
eight harnessing.

He complains of the contralateral axila strap for being uncomfortable. He
also can remove is arm from inside the socket at any time.
I keep adjusting the tension of straps also modifyng the harness on and on
but not results. As a consequence I do not get him to operate the cable not
to finish the prosthesis.

Has anyone of you got any good advice? The boy keeps saying, every day, he
just wants to get the arm fitted to become an aircraft pilot. So you can
imagine, i am under big pressure from him.

Thank you very much in advance for your time and your so much appreciated
reply.

Happy New Year to everyone although a bit delayed.

Ivan German, CPO
