The Barr Foundation is soliciting help to locate certified prosthetist in
Rapid City or Sioux Falls,SD to evaluate and possibly sponsor 37 year old
native American whom became B/K in April 2006.
 
Male applicant 6' 2 220lbs.is strong,healthy and walking on
crutches.Looking forward to going back to work.
 
We will help qualify applicant for prosthetic rehabilitation thur
Medicaid,etc.other available funding resources or fund and provide
components thru our sponsorship program if there are no other resources.

evaluation.
