Hi all,
I've been chatting with a Trans-Femoral amputee who has been biking for
many years. Recently she increased her riding and is having some trouble
with these New England Hills. She's inquiring about standing and
pedaling and has found it to be awkward. Anyone out there have
suggestions or experience with this? Step #1 I've suggested is seeking
out a stable exercise bike with clipped pedals to practice on as this
has helped me in the past (short BK) But I know there are folks out
there on the list that are doing this every day so I figured I would put
it out there!
Any prosthetic hints or solutions would be appreciated!
Thanks
